"Really solid qbank for studying"
I’ve been using the Osmosis question bank a lot lately, and it’s really been helpful. The explanations are clear, and the questions feel close to what I need to practice for exams. Some of them are definitely tricky, but like, in a useful way that makes you think through the material more

"Confusing billing and wasted time"
I signed up thinking the price was straightforward, but the billing details ended up feeling hidden and confusing. It was really frustrating to have it explained only after the fact, and I had to waste energy digging through everything just to figure out what I was actually being charged. not a great experience for me.

"Support took forever?!"
I reached out to support thinking it’d be a quick fix, but the replies took way too long to come through?! And when they finally did respond, it wasn’t much help. Frustrating experience overall...

"Offline mode is genuinely useful"
I mostly use osmosis on the bus, so the offline mode has been a big help. Once the videos are downloaded, they usually play just fine, which is great for studying on the go. The only annoying part is that syncing can take a little longer than I’d like sometimes, but overall it’s still really useful

"Pretty good value overall"
I’d say osmosis is a solid deal for what you get. It feels more affordable than a lot of the other study sites I’ve tried, and as a student that definitely matters. I’m not 100% sure it’s the cheapest option out there, but it doesn’t feel overpriced to me. Took off one star because some of the add-ons still seem a little expensive.

"Helpful for quick overviews, but not always enough"
I used Osmosis.org thinking it would probably be the fastest way to get through everything, and in some cases I was right. The videos and practice questions are great when you just need the main idea without digging through a bunch of notes. But I also caught myself assuming I understood a topic too quickly, then realizing I still had to go back to my class notes or other resources for the smaller details. So yeah, it can save time, just not for every subject. I’d say it’s useful, but it really depends on how you use it

"The practice exams basically saved me"
The practice exams on osmosis.org helped me way more than I expected. I used them to figure out what I actually knew and what I was totally missing, and wow, it was a little terrifying but super helpful. They felt close enough to the real test style that I was like, okay, thank goodness I did these first

"Helpful Videos, Just a Little Fast Sometimes"
I really liked the visuals in the videos because they made difficult topics feel a lot easier to understand. There were a few times where the explanations moved a bit too quickly, so I had to pause or rewatch parts, but overall it definitely helped me study. it made me feel a lot less overwhelmed and more confident going into my work.

"Some lessons felt a bit too shallow"
I wanted to like it more, but a few of the topics just felt too thin for what I needed. I was hoping for more depth and practical detail. When I reached out to support, it kind of felt like they were putting the blame on me for not using it the right way, which was frustrating.

"Good for basics, but not quite enough clinically"
I used Osmosis.org during rotations, and it was fine for a quick refresh when I needed to brush up on something fast. But once I was actually seeing patients, a lot of the material started to feel sooo basic compared to what I needed in the moment.
The videos do explain the concepts clearly, so I’ll give it that. The problem was that the clinical side felt kind of hit or miss. Sometimes I really needed more real-world examples, treatment steps, or just a better sense of how things actually show up on the wards.

For the price, I expected it to help more with decision-making and practical clinical prep. It’s probably solid for early med school, but if you’re looking for something deeper during rotations, it mayyy not be enough.

"Good lessons, frustrating progress tracking"
The lessons themselves are actually good, but the progress tracking has been really annoying. I’ll finish a video and it still shows as incomplete, so it makes it hard to know what I’ve actually done and what’s left. I reached out about it, but the email replies felt like they were written by robots and didn’t really address the problem. It just makes the whole studying experience feel more messy than it needs to be.

"Pretty happy with Osmosis"
I’ve been using Osmosis.org for a bit now, it’s been a solid help with keeping up in my classes. The videos are short, clear, and easy to sit through, which matters when you’re already tired and just need something explained without a bunch of extra fluff.
Obviously it doesn’t replace actually reading or reviewing the tougher topics, but that’s kind of common sense. For the most part, it makes studying feel a lot less scattered, and I’m happy with it overall

"Site runs really smoothly"
osmosis.org has been smooth for me so far. Pages load fast, and the videos start up quickly, which helps a lot when I’m trying to study without getting distracted. I also got the confirmation email and receipt without any issues, so everything felt straightforward. No real complaints so far.

"The courses are set up nicely. Nothing confusing..."
The courses are set up nicely. Nothing confusing, really. Just easy to follow and move through at my own pace.

"School login is such a hassle"
I use osmosis through my school, and the content is good when I can actually get into it. The problem is the institutional login keeps glitching out, it either loops me back around or tells me I don’t have access, even when I’m on campus Wi-Fi like I’m supposed to be.
Support did get back to me, but it took a bit, and whatever they fixed didn’t really last. It’s especially annoying when you’re trying to study before exams and just need the site to work...

"I was having an issue with videos..."
I was having an issue with videos not loading, and to be fair, support did get back to me. But something felt off about the whole process. It took way longer than I expected, and I had to repeat the same details more than once, which got frustrating. The issue is fixed now, but it all felt a bit messy and slower than it should’ve been...

"Updates feel a little risky sometimes"
I still use it and there’s definitely useful stuff here, but the content updates can be slow and a bit confusing. A few lessons feel outdated, and sometimes things seem to get moved around more than I’d like. I’m always a little cautious when that happens because I don’t want to rely on the wrong information or miss something important.

"Free trial didn’t really convince me"
I tried the free trial because I wanted to see if it would be worth signing up for the paid version, and it was a little disappointing. The videos themselves were okay, not terrible or anything, but they didn’t really wow me either. The bigger issue for me was that the site felt kind of confusing to use, like I had to spend more time figuring out where things were than actually watching or learning. I also kept getting a bunch of reminders, which I know are probably meant to be helpful, but after a while it just felt like too much. By the end of the trial, I didn’t feel like I had a strong enough reason to start paying for it

"Honestly, these videos saved me more than once"
I’ve been using Osmosis mainly for the video lessons, they’ve been great. The animations are a lifesaver when a topic starts feeling like an absolute disaster, especially with physiology. Some of the videos do move a little too fast, so I end up pausing and rewinding like I’m fighting for my life, but overall they explain things way better than my notes do sometimes. It’s not perfect, but it’s definitely been super helpful for studying

"Study planning got a lot less chaotic"
I’ve been using osmosis.org for a little while now, mostly while trying to get my study routine under control, and at first I was just clicking around to see what it could actually do. I’m the kind of person who can waste half an hour deciding what to study next, so having things laid out for me has been nice. The schedule part ended up being the most useful for me because it breaks the material into smaller chunks and makes the day feel less like guesswork.

I’m giving it 4 stars because it’s not totally hands-off. If I miss a day or fall behind, I usually have to move things around myself, and sometimes the plan feels a little too full. Still, overall, it made my studying feel way less messy and helped me stay a lot more organized than I was before
